1. Cancellation Window
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact me within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dropped into the mailbox, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom, small-batch nature of my products, all sticker sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the design.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items (My Guarantee)
I inspect every single sticker before it leaves my desk, but I want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged by the postal service, or if I accidentally packed the wrong item, I will gladly make it right!
Please contact me within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once verified, I will ship you a replacement completely free of charge.
4. Lost Mail / Tracking Issues
Standard sticker orders are shipped using flat letter mail stamps to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible for you.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. I am not responsible for replacements or refunds if an item is sent to an incorrectly entered address.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days (Domestic) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to me directly so we can find a solution.

1. Processing Time (How long it takes to pack)
1 to 3 Business Days: Because I run this shop entirely by myself, please allow a few days for me to carefully print, quality-check, and package your order.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Rates & Methods
To keep independent art affordable, sticker-only orders are shipped as flat letter mail via the postal service.
Standard Letter Mail ($1.50 Flat Rate): Your stickers travel safely tucked inside a heavy, rigid cardstock shield to prevent any bending or creasing during transit.
Tracking: In order to offer low-cost shipping, standard flat letter mail does not include a live tracking link. It will arrive directly in your regular daily mailbox alongside your standard letters.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once I drop your envelope off at the post office, transit times generally average:
Domestic (United States): 3 to 7 business days.
International: 10 to 21 business days (depending on your country's customs processing).
Please note that these are estimates. Occasionally, postal delays or weather conditions can add a few extra days to transit times.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please slow down and carefully double-check your apartment number, zip code, and street address during checkout.
I am unable to alter a shipping address once the envelope is in the mail.
If a package is returned to my studio due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of a new shipping label to re-send the item.
5. My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet?
If your envelope has not safely landed in your mailbox after 14 full business days from the date you received your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to me via my website contact form or email with your order number. I’ll make sure you are taken care of!
